Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support at contact@hoid.app.
Service Detail on Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your service access (API keys/Dashboard) will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. After this period ends, no further charges will be deducted, and service access will be revoked.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the product access has been granted.
We do not offer refunds for "change of mind." However, if you experience technical issues or the service is non-functional, please contact us for a resolution or refund.
Service Delivery Policy
Timeline: After successful payment, services are processed and delivered immediately.
Method: Access details are sent automatically to your registered email address. No physical shipping is involved.
